The Watts of Occasions Stamp Set is one of my favorite new stamp sets from the 2017-2018 Stampin’ Up! Catalog because it cracks me up! So much so, I had to stop and start recording my tutorial again several times because it kept inducing giggles. Just imagine the hand stamped smiles you’ll be able to share!
