There is a coordinating set of Garden Grown Framelits Dies to cut out the watering can and flowers. That made it possible to set both against the pretty Powder Pink patterned paper from the Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper Stack. The small white border makes it stand out even though the flowers are the same Powder Pink color.
Use your Many Marvelous Markers to color the stems, leaves, flowers and greeting in a variety of colors. I always start with the lightest colors in case one of the markers touches an image already colored. Light ink on a darker marker will not affect it like a dark color picked up by a light marker would be.
A strip of Garden Green, same color as leaves and stems, washi tape from the Basics 2 Washi Pack was added so the watering can didn’t look like it was floating. The Whisper White Baker’s Twine just for pretty.
I was about to take pictures of my Grown with Love card and thought it would be pretty to have black centers in the flowers. The new Metallics Sequins Assortment were the perfect finishing touch.
