Bugging Out with a Stampin’ Up! Little Ladybug Card

Bugs are usually unwelcome guests in our homes unless they are the so cute ladybugs from the exclusive Stampin’ Up! Little Ladybug Stamp Set!

My buggy card idea shows how to use the Heart Punch Pack from the January-June Mini Catalog for more than Valentine’s Day cards.  

It would be natural to use the Little Ladybug Stamp Set with Real Red Cardstock because of the red in the ladybug. That certainly would be attractive, but I wanted to mix it up with a different choice of color. So, I used the Flirty Flamingo flower to pull from for the card base.

Look at the sweet face on the striking hot pink and black color combination for my Stampin’ Up! Little Ladybug card! The Ivory and Bronze Stampin’ Blends markers are awesome for skin tones. 

The black patterned background paper is one of the patterns from the Sale-a-bration Golden Honey Specialty Designer Series Paper.
