Hearts are popular all year long, not just for Valentine’s Day. My clean and simple Stampin’ Up! Lots of Heart card idea is a good example of how to use hearts for other occasions. Send a handmade heartfelt card to say just about anything with the greeting “just a little note . . .”.
My favorite greeting is this heart set is “my heart smiles just thinking about you” of the remaining four. That is so sweet and meaningful.
There was a delightful discovery when I die-cut the gingham heart with the coordinating die from the Many Heart Dies. A thin outline heart was created at the same time as the main image was cut. (Helpful HInt: Save 10% of both the stamp and die set when you order the Stampin’ Up! Lots of Heart Bundle in my online store).
The outline image adhered to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue with the gingham one popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals. A little lift can add a lot of interest to your handmade greeting cards.
The flowers adorning the gingham heart are also part of this stamp set. I used four Subtles Stampin’ Write Markers to color them: Blushing Bride, Calypso Coral, Highland Heather, Pear Pizzazz.
