The purples of Highland Heather and Purple Posy create a striking contrast to the black and white patterned papers from the True Love Designer Series Paper. 

The purple shading was easy to do with Stampin’ Blends Markers. They are alcohol markers in exclusive Stampin’ Up! colors. The depth of color you can achieve is remarkable! I colored one petal at a time starting with the Highland Heather Dark Blends for the lines. Each petal was then colored with a Purple Posy Light Blends followed by shading with the Highland Heather Light Blends.

The coordinating Always Dies die-cut the three flowers, the leaves, script Love, the “You More” greeting, and the small flowers. There are three lengths of the rectangle dies. It’ll be fun to see how many greetings from other stamp sets with which they can also be used.  

One of my sweet stampers wants more of the True Love Designer Series Paper. She’s all about coloring the flowers. Both options will be quite lovely.
