If you think of Abominable Snowmen as scary creatures, I want to introduce you to one that is adorable and cuddly. This guy is from the Stampin’ Up! Yeti to Party Stamp Set. And if you can’t resist a good pun, it gets even better because you can use this set to make punny handmade Christmas cards!

You know, if you simply changed the Christmas tree he’s carrying to the other options of a cup of hot cocoa or an ice cream cone, this homemade Christmas card would easily become a handmade birthday card with an appropriate punny birthday greeting.

This handstamped Christmas card was easy to make with the limited-edition coordinating Yeti Dies. There are dies to cut out every image, saving you time from hand trimming each one. There are additional dies to the image dies, including the scarf. Everyone knows a well-dressed Yeti needs a scarf. 🙂

My handmade punny Christmas card was looking pretty good with the snowflakes stamped in Balmy Blue. But, it felt like it was missing something. That something turned out to be the Fine Sparkle Adhesive Backed Sequins. They provided the perfect finishing touch.
