We saw the Favored Flowers 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper on display from a distance as we checked in at the Indianapolis OnStage Local event in November 2022. It received a look of “oohs” and “awws.” You can see why as you look at my Stampin’ Up! Fragrant Flowers card. This Sale-a-bration 2023 gift-with-purchase is richly elegant.
