The pencil-sketched flowers of the Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home Stamp Set are downright beauteous. The soft colors are set off surrounded by layers of white for my clean and simple card idea.
The secret to using a lot of white is layers and texture. The ovals were made with the Framed Florets Dies (back in stock!). The patterned Basic White Cardstock was embossed in my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with the Gingham Embossing Folder.
Like how the three colors look together for my Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home card? The Soft Succulent/Highland Heather/So Saffron is one of the 50 three-color combinations in my 2021-2023 In Color Combinations e-book. There are ten color combos for each of the five 2021-2023 In Colors.
My favorite method of coloring used to watercoloring. Then, the Stampin’ Blends were introduced. The alcohol markers glide on smoothly without lines and make it a breeze to shade. Some can make them sing. Yet, despite natural skill or training, the final results are always stunning.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, March 29, 2023, we’ll discover what stamp sets, tools, and accessories will be retiring from the 2022-2023 Stampin’ Up! Catalog. Will the Blessings of Home be included? Avoid missing out by ordering it now and the other supplies in my online store, www.shopwithshelly.com!
