Isn’t this a stunning handmade Christmas card?! One of the samples on the Stampin’ Up! website inspired it for the Everyday Greetings Stamp Set. Mainly using the same elements, I turned the congratulations card into a DIY Christmas card. Instead of the congratulations greeting, I used Merry Christmas from the Stampin’ Up! Greetings of the Season Bundle. All are part of the latest Online Exclusives release.

The coordinating Season of Green & Gold 12″ x 12″ Specialty Designer Series Paper includes the scrapbook paper used for the background and the heart-shaped sprigs. They are easily die-cut from the paper using the Golden Greenery Dies. You can watch me die-cut in my dashing Golden Greenery card tutorial here. Using the Magnetic Platform with my Stampin’ Die-Cut & Emboss Machine makes me a better die-cutter.

The scrapbook paper for the background is made of gold diamonds on Very Vanilla. I added color to it using a Blending Brush and a Cherry Cobbler Classic Stampin’ Pad, deeper at the bottom and getting lighter as I moved up.
