They look pretty cool, but are they difficult to install?

Not at all!  But, before I start, I need to confess I got
so excited when they arrived that I installed two of the
Decor Elements before it dawned on me I should be
taking pictures. I know, but you have to appreciate my enthusiasm.

With that said, the full sheet of Flourishes Decor Elementspictured here is taped back together for the photo.   Right away I cut them apart so I could decide which to use on my kitchen window.  I  taped them back together so you know see what to expect.Flourishes_Cut_Up_Sheet

The Decor Elements are shipped in a very sturdy cardboard tube.  They are well protected and explains the slightly rolled edges in the photo.

The first step to installing your Decor Elements is to turn the image face down on a hard, flat surface, grid side up.  The grid side is the backing sheet.

Take the Applicator and rub over the entire
image.  This will transfer the image to the transfer
sheet.  The chocolate images can be seen
through the grid backing sheet.  Not true with the
white images.  Even so, this step was still easy.

Once you believe you have rubbed over the entire image, slowly peel back the backing sheet to see if your image is transferred to the transfer sheet.

If you find any part of the image still on the backing
sheet, carefully replace the backing  sheet and rub
again.  Take another peek.  Once the image is
completely on the transfer sheet, you are ready for
 the next step.

I found it easiest to install the image with the
backing sheet still on.  It prevents having a large
sticky area when trying to get the proper
placement and having it roll onto itself. Installing_Flourishes_Backing_Partially_On

Start with peeling back the corner of where you would like to start installing your Decor Element.  Place into position.  Because I had not yet started rubbing, and with only some of the image touching the window, I was able to easily remove it more than once until I was pleased with the placement.

Once in place, start rubbing the image with the Applicator.   Keep slowly peeling the backing sheet off and rubbing to transfer as you go along.  Rubbing_to_Transfer_Flourishes_to_Window This is transferring the image to the window.

Before you know it you will have the backing sheet completely off.Flourishes_Rubbed_On

From one corner, slowly peel off transfer sheet.  Isn't this getting exciting?!

If you find any part of your Decor Elements image not transferred, replace the transfer sheet and rub.  Slowly peel back again.  Keep going until the transfer sheet is completely removed.

Last step - stand back and admire.Flourishes_Installed

Sorry, the screen did not allow for a good picture.  As is often true with pictures, it is much prettier in person.
