Stampin' Up! had a 3" x 3" Circle Circus card sample in one of the demonstrator only Stampin' Success magazines using this basic design. Adapting it to a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" card was a breeze. What a bright and cheery card. Who wouldn't love to get this in the mail?
The colors are Bermuda Bay, Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie and Whisper White. The large flowery circle was punched out with the 1-3/4" Circle Punch. I used my Circle Scissor Plus to cut out a circle to layer on. The Pumpkin Pie circle was made with the 1" Circle Punch.
A Silver Brad and a bit of Pumpkin Pie Striped Grosgrain Ribbon gave the card the finishing touches.
