Is it hot outside? I wouldn't know. it is all cool thoughts for me as I have been happily designing and stamping Christmas cards for the Stampin' Smiles Christmas in July Fast & Fabulous cards class.
My fast and simple Christmas card uses the new Word Play stamp set (pictured below) and Jolly Holiday Designer Series Paper (also pictured below).
What a versatile stamp set Word Play is! To also have a Christmas stamp is just wonderful. The Word Play stamp set is so much more than words. Each have the artwork to be a stand alone image or used in conjunction with other images. As you can see, I chose to use just the Christmas stamp as a stand alone.
My Christmas card also uses the new core color Cherry Cobbler ink and card stock. It is a beautiful, deep red. Paired with Old Olive, it adds elegance to even a cutesy stamp.
