Do you remember this card from my Christmas in July?
I did an easier version for those who do not like tying bows. Bow tying video tutorial.
Although my customer really liked the card, she was hoping to keep the cost to make her Christmas cards, including the stamp set, to $50 for 40 cards.
So, I came up with a less expensive version for her using the Whisper White Note Cards with Envelopes (20 for only $5.95).
Simple, but very pretty. I then wanted to see what it would look like sponged around the outside edges with Pink Pirouette. With it, it looks like a frosted window. In pink.
I am having a hard time deciding which I like better, the first one without the edges sponged or the second one with the Pink Pirouette sponged edges.
Then I sponged around the outside edge in Rich Razzleberry. This is my least favorite of the three.
By using the 3-1/2" x 5" Whisper White Note Cards with Envelopes, we were able to remove several items from her order: Rich Razzleberry Card Stock, Pink Pirouette Card Stock, SNAIL Adhesive and Whisper White Medium Envelopes.
Here are the items you would need to duplicate any of the three cards:
Merchandise Total: $46.25
You can make any one or all three of the variations with the same supplies listed above.
