The single Easter Blessings stamp from the 2013 Stampin' Up! Spring Catalog is large with a beautiful font. Paired with the Stampin' Up! Crosses of Hope stamp set, they will help you share Easter blessings.

The colors of this handmade Easter card were chosen to coordinate with the Spring Catalog Tea for Two Designer Series Paper. The three colors are So Saffron, Lucky Limeade and Island Indigo. They coordinate well togther, and then very well with one of the patterns from the Stampin' Up! Tea for Two Designer Series Paper.

Can you see the light yellow in the background of the Island Indigo cross? Instead of trying to color it in, I first stamped the cross in So Saffron Classic Stampin' Pad. Then used the Stamp-a-ma-jig to directly stamp over top with Island Indigo Classic Stampin' Pad ink. The extra step to add the delicate touch of yellow was well worth the small effort.

Desiring an understated embellishment to provide balance to the card, out of the same pattern of Tea for Two Designer Series Paper a circle was punched for the corner. The circle designer paper was centered over the corner then trimmed flush with each edge. Don't you like how it lines up with the same pattern beneath it?

Three Basic Pearl Jewels were added for another subtle touch.

Always loving a coordinating envelope and inside the card, the cross was stamped with So Saffron Classic Stampin' Pad ink. It is light enough to write directly over it and the writing to still be easy to read.

The Easter Blessings stamp set is from the 2013 Stampin' Up! Spring Catalog. From what I can remember, single stamps in the seasonal catalogs are not carried over into the next annual catalog.
