Now that you have converted your wood mount stamps into clear mount stamps, what do you do with all those wood blocks?   It would be heartbreaking to throw them away.  Surely there has to be a good use for them.

Well, Godby (God-be) with Us Stamper DEANNA WETZ found just the right person to give them to.

Uses for old stamp wood mounts

Grandson MASON MATTHEWS is having fun and waiting for more.  He has a city to build!

Deanna shared her picture with me.  This got a conversation started on my Stamping Smiles Page on Facebook.  Tomorrow, if given permission, I will post pictures of how another one of my Facebook Fans recycled her old wood mount stamp blocks.

Would you also love to convert your wood mount stamps to clear mount stamps?  It is easy to do with the Clear-Mount Cling Foam!   Remove the rubber from your wood stamps by placing your stamps in the microwave for 2-3 seconds.  This will loosen the adhesive.  Then follow the instructions included with your Clear-Mount Cling Foam.

After you convert your wood mount stamps to clear mount stamps, you will need new storage containers.  I have you covered there too.  Empty Clear-Mount Stamp Cases are available in packages of 4 for only $5.95.

Clear-Mount Cling Foam and Clear-Mount Cases are both available to order now in my online store www.shopwithshelly.com.  Sorry, Mason is not included.

No Mason?  Come back tomorrow to read how to recycle your old wood mounts into a new stamping tool!

Please be sure to contact me if you have any questions.
