Home for the Holidays is the theme for 2014 Stampin’ Up! Founder’s Circle. I was over-the-top excited because Christmas is my absolute favorite time of the year.
I’m having so much fun! I’m going to walk you through the first day with pictures and not much chat. The days are wonderful and long. The nights very short. 🙂
Each day we get to play a game for a prize. Thankfully, you don’t have to be any good to win. What is especially fun this year is with the theme being Christmas all the gifts are wrapped!
The room we picked up our name tags was decorated so pretty. You just go crazy having all the cookies and candy there to enjoy. I had to tell myself it did not all have to be sampled. But, I should give this more thought. Would it be rude to not partake? Look at all the effort. So, if I overindulge, it’s only to be polite.
Stampin’ Up! form teams so we get to meet other demos and always have a first-timer in each group to help them meet others. Our evening started with the teams in a gingerbread house making contest. Our group name is Snow Flakes.
How cute are the wreath and trees?!
Then the dinner. Look how gorgeous the tables and settings are.
Remember I told you I’m over-the-top excited about the Home for the Holidays theme? I must have oohed and awwed too much because someone asked me if it was my first Founder’s Circle. You have to admit the tables were gorgeous and worthy of oohs.
The dinner? It was a Christmas dinner of ham ended with bread pudding!
After a 22 hour day, I was returned to my room to find my pillow gift. Inside is a new stamp set and set of Framelits from the 2015 Occasions Catalog! I’ll give you some sneak peeks tomorrow.
