How to make strawberries with Framelits!

Strawberries are heart shaped, but the scalloped edged heart from the Stampin’ Up! Hearts a Flutter Framelits Dies was the perfect choice because strawberries are bumpy and not smooth.

Finding the small flower in the Flower Fair Framelits for my strawberry tops was like striking gold. Look at how perfect it is! If you thought that made me giddy, idea of making a basket for my strawberries had me doing a happy dance! It was so very easy to do with the Stampin’ Up! Berry Basket Bigz Die. For a die that was meant for a 3D basket, it sure turned out cute using just part of it for a sweet summer greeting card.

Can’t say that I’ve ever seen a flower pick in a basket of strawberries, but come on, how cute is that? The flower pick stamp and “Sweet as can be” greeting are from the Stampin’ Up! From the Garden Stamp Set. It was then die-cut with the coordinating Hand Picked Framelits Die.
