You saw in my video demonstration how easy it is to make my stunning fall card with Among the Branches Stamp Set by adding a little autumn mix Flower Soft.
The card dimensions are quite simple because it’s a simple (yet stunning!) card.
The Crumb Cake Cardstock base of the card is 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored and folded in half at 4-1/4″.
The Chocolate Chip circle from the Circles Collection Framelits was die-cut from a 3-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ piece of Chocolate Chip Cardstock. The “hello” from the Greetings Thinlits Dies was die-cut from a 1-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ piece of Chocolate Chip Cardstock. You could easily shorten the length to 4″.
The beautiful leaf from the Leaflets Framelits Dies was cut from a 3-1/2″ wide piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock.
My fall card would have been pretty with just the stippled sky, but how much do you love the Flower Soft added to it? What is it about texture that makes us so happy? We were always taught to look with our eyes and not our hands, but boy do we want to touch everything (except perhaps snakes, spiders and other yucky stuff).
