What’s the first part of a chocolate Easter bunny you eat? The ears! You’ll get lots of giggles with this hand stamped humorous Easter card!
How do you make a chocolate Easter bunny? With the new Stampin’ Up! Friends & Flowers Stamp Set, of course. That cute face is part of the stamp set and is easily die-cut with the 1-3/8″ Circle Punch. It was embossed in black to make it show up against the Early Espresso Cardstock.
The ears were die-cut with the coordinating Festive Flower Builder Punch with the bite marks made with the 7/8″ Scallop Circle Punch.
Take your first “bite” about half way down the chocolate bunny ear with the 7/8″ Scallop Circle Punch.
You’ll then need to take one or two more small “bites” with the same punch to chew down the sides of the circle.
Only take a bite out of one ear for this humorous Easter card. I tried both but without a bunny body, it was no longer obvious what it was supposed to be.
The “Yum! Need I say more?” zinger is from the Stampin’ Up! Grateful=Me Stamp Set. Probably not what Stampin’ Up! had in mind. 🙂
