What’s your cardmaking style? Clean and simple, fancy folds, lots of layers and embellishments, or the more involved the better? I think the cat is out of the bag that I favor clean and simple. I used the Stampin’ Up! Time of Giving Bundle. It was created for awesome gift tags but instead used it to make two clean and simple Christmas cards.
One of the gift tags dies from the coordinating Giving Gifts Dies was used for the focal point on my first clean and simple Christmas card. The “Christmas Cheer Throughout the Year” greeting was embossed with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders. The white snowflakes and greeting stand out well against the Moonlight Madness Cardstock.
The same colors for my second clean and simple Christmas card but the opposite of the first of my Stampin’ Up! Time of Giving cards.
A single die-cut snowflake from the Giving Gifts Dies either in Basic White or Misty Moonlight is a nice accent that also provides balance.
The cards supplies are listed below with the products indicated if they were used for only one of the handmade Christmas card ideas.
