One of my sweet downline, Jane S, made this adorable Stampin’ Up! Sweet Songbirds card for my birthday! A handmade card always makes you feel special. This one with the fat little bird sure did. He is so cute stamped in the new Orchid Oasis, one of the 2022-2024 In Colors.

Making it even better is there is the coordinating Songbird Builder Punch! You can easily punch him out and avoid fussy cutting to add dimension to your handmade cards.

The musical notes are a nice addition to the Stampin’ Up! Sweet Songbirds Stamp Set. Actually, they make the set.

The songbird in a nest is set against a Scalloped Contours Dies decorative label piece. It’s a die set you find yourself using again and again. The stitching adds a small border to the attractive scalloped edge. Very nice.

How about the floral patterned paper? It’s one from the also new 2022-2024 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. As with the bird, it’s Orchid Oasis. Do you have a favorite new In Color?

The finishing touch is the white twine from the Baker’s Twine Essentials Pack wrapped twice ending with a double bow. Our Miss Jane is clever and talented.
