The multiple snowflake dies in the Stampin’ Up! Twinkling Lights Dies made my DIY winter card idea amazingly quick and easy to make. You’ll be able to place all the dies at one time for the exact placement you want with just one pass through your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.

The dies were designed so the sparkle of glitter paper would show through the holes and look like twinkling lights. This purpose also looks amazing with Tahitian Tide peeking through. The Tahitian Tide layer is 4″ x 2-5/8″.

Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals and you’re done!
